The Residence Badl is located in the upper part of Gand, a hamlet of the municipality of Eppan an der Weinstraße, just under a 5-minute drive from the village center itself. The residential complex promises relaxing hours on the terraces with a view of the vineyards.
Überetsch also offers many events for culture enthusiasts in both summer and winter, serves as a starting point for wonderful hikes through the vineyards, and cycling enthusiasts can cover many kilometers through beautiful scenery along the Überetsch cycle path.

The Residence “Koslait” in Lajen impresses with its sunny location and open view of the surrounding mountains.

In cooperation with the municipality of Lajen, the first project in South Tyrol, ‘Residence Koslait 1’, with price-capped flats was implemented. Sixty percent of the flats were sold at fixed prices to citizens of the village.

Building on the success of Construction Lot 1, ‘Residence Koslait 2’ also offers attractive living options with high-quality furnishings and a clear architectural style. Thanks to its close proximity to nature, leisure activities and everyday facilities, the residence combines comfortable living with a high quality of life.

The building is located on a sunny hillside below the Tappeiner Promenade. Due to its raised position, the residence promises each of its owners a unique view over the city of Meran. The exclusive furnishings blend the indoors with the outdoors. Architecturally, the building is characterised by a clear, modern design. The white structure and the playful overlapping terraces reflect the uniqueness of this property.

The building impresses with its architectural design, which is typical of the area. For the project a clear, simple and aesthetically pleasing architectural style was chosen.

Due to the steep slope, the building was laid out in three terraced levels, nestling into the hillside. The gabled roof reflects the typical local style.

The three buildings face each other, creating a courtyard space that provides every flat with a good view and plenty of light. The consistent use of materials gives the buildings structure and makes them appear as a single entity.

The Residence “Haslach” impresses with its interplay of steel and glass terrace railings and individual coloured frames in different sizes. The slight rotation of the buildings gives each flat natural lighting and promises a great view of the outside.

In the municipality of Partschins, the two buildings of the “Steidl” residential complex blend harmoniously into their surroundings and create an aesthetically pleasing overall look.

The structure of Residence Sonnenblick was built with modern elements. Architecturally, it takes its cue from the mountain setting and from the distinctive character of the village of Völlan and Castel Mayenburg.

The Residence “Geier” is located in the middle of vineyards. The design language is dynamic including partly delicate shape details. The wooden elements on the facades are a special architectural feature.

Keeping the location in mind, the building was designed to be evenly proportioned, giving all residents a harmonious and open view. The gabled roof typical of the area, was incorporated into the overall design and complemented with a terrace extension.

Residence “Gilmann” is distinguished by three buildings. Two of them are newly built, while the third has been renovated. All buildings combine modern elements with the charm of the existing structures, creating a welcoming environment for their residents.

The three buildings of the residence were designed to offer views of the surrounding mountains of the Meran area. The large windows create an airy living atmosphere.

The residential complex features a contemporary and clear design language. The residential units are all oriented to the west and offer their residents a wonderful view of the vineyards of Kaltern.

In this project, the building structure was adapted to the difference in height of the terrain and has a clear design language.
