Living where nature and village meet

In Sarnthein, the vibrant heart of the Sarntal valley, the Angerhaus project is creating a residential complex that combines the best of two worlds: quietly located on the edge of the village, near the sports field – yet only a few steps from the center. Here, you live close to nature and in the midst of life at the same time.

Spacious terraces and light-filled living spaces invite you to enjoy the views of the surrounding mountain landscape anew each day. Thanks to its gentle peripheral location, there is plenty of room for tranquility, while the village with all its amenities is within easy reach.

Sarntal delights with its diversity all year round: hiking, cycling, experiencing culture – or simply letting your soul unwind. Whether it’s schools, shops, or public transport – everything is conveniently accessible, much of it even within walking distance.

We care about your living quality

Bathroom
individual design options available

You choose your own bathroom fixtures from a high-quality product range. These include functional trends such as rimless toilets, silent vortex flushing systems, and walk-in showers.

Doors
made from high-quality materials in a wide range of designs

You customize the surfaces and wood of your high-quality doors to your preferences. A certified lockable locking system and a built-in peephole in the entrance door provide you with security. A universal key system ensures uncomplicated handling.

Windows
highest quality for bright rooms with optimal noise protection

The colors of the high-quality wood-aluminum windows and flush-mounted lift-and-slide doors can be individually customized. The electric motor-operated external venetian blinds in the living areas provide privacy and shade. The roller blinds in the bedrooms enable complete darkening.

Electrical systems
for your comfort, in line with the latest standards

A modern concept ensures that sufficient sockets and switches are available everywhere. Alarm contacts throughout the ground floor and at the entrance doors on the upper floors are standard and provide security.

The garden
as the green center of your new home

Sophisticated garden areas with generous green spaces, trees, and flower beds are the hallmark of every development and make coming home all the more beautiful.

Spacious terrace
for relaxing outdoors

All our apartments feature generous, covered terraces that provide additional living space. Thanks to good planning, you can relax here in a bright and private atmosphere.

Wooden floors and tiles
just as you want it

Your dream floor is included: You select your preferred floors from various treated surfaces – whether oiled, brushed, or matte lacquered.
