WE ARE AICHNER INVEST
We are a dynamic family business from the Sarntal valley, developing homes that bring joy. Over the years, we have gained extensive experience in this field: Josef Aichner and his wife Christine founded their first small company in the construction sector back in 1992. Aichner Invest has since grown into a multi-generational family business, managed with great passion by the family.
Our mission? To fulfill your every wish to the best of our ability: Together with us, you can actively shape numerous details of the interior design of your new home. We consider ourselves down-to-earth and close to nature. That’s why we value the same things you do: successful architecture, high-quality construction, and sustainable living.
Take a look at our projects and get in touch with us! We are always at your service – from the initial consultation to customer support, even after you have moved into your new home.

Founder of Aichner Invest
In memory of Sepp Aichner, founder of Aichner Invest, who passed away on 15 June 2026 following a long, serious illness.
His visions, foresight, down-to-earth nature, and clear determination distinguished him. He didn’t talk much; he acted. What he set out to do, he consistently accomplished. Despite everything, people were always at the center of his focus. He realized over 1,000 apartments in his lifetime. Through what he created, we feel his presence every day. His vision continues to guide us. His motto was always:
“Nothing is too small for us, but almost nothing is too big either.”
